RegenBattery warranty covers the battery and battery only.

Customers must ship battery to RegenBattery for warranty claims.

RegenBattery is not responsible for Removal, Shipment, Downtime & Other  Inconveniences.

Warranty claims must fail RegenBattery load test at 55% Capacity.

Before sending in warranty claim battery, charge battery with charger that normally charges the RegenBattery.
